Once described as the Eric Jolliffe of yarnspinning, Kel is based in Perth and bring tales from Elsewhere, Mukinbudin, Remainder and points east. (That’s the Bush and the Outback!). Twice winner of the Australian Yarnspinning Challenge, this comedian/yarnspinner/tall-storyteller is perfect company at dinners, conferences and seminars.

Kel's yarns about wheat dogs, Bungarra hunting, off-farm investments and rural mishaps (including wheat stampedes) are all very nearly true. He expertly straddles the line between fact and fantasy, taking his audiences down a pleasurable and plausible slope to the believably ridiculous. He can almost vouch for most of his stories! He doesn't swear, won't offend and almost always nearly tells the truth! Honestly, you can take him home to meet Mum.

His comedy and yarnspinning has taken him to most parts of the world, for many audiences and to a variety of venues. Kel has made several recordings and has had four books published.
